1. Installation of dust collector Filter Element on the top of cement silo
Before installing the filter element, check whether the interior of the dust collector is clean and free of debris.
Insert the filter element vertically into the flower plate hole of the dust collector, ensuring a tight fit between the filter element and the flower plate hole.
After installing the filter element, check whether the installation of the filter element is firm and whether there is any looseness.

2. Operation of the dust collector filter element on the top of the cement silo
Before starting the dust collector, it is necessary to check whether the pulse back blowing dust cleaning system is working properly and whether the pressure of the compressed air meets the requirements.
During the operation of the dust collector on the top of the cement silo, the working status of the filter element, such as filtration effect and pressure difference, should be checked regularly. 4. Replace the filter element of the dust collector on the top of the cement silo
When the service life of the filter element reaches the specified value or serious damage or blockage occurs, the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner.
When replacing the filter element, the power and compressed air source of the dust collector should be turned off first, and the maintenance door of the dust collector should be opened.
Remove the damaged filter element from the flower plate hole, being careful not to damage the flower plate hole and surrounding filter elements.
Install a new filter element and follow the installation steps to ensure that the filter element is securely installed.
After replacing the filter element, close the maintenance door, start the dust collector, and check if the operation of the dust collector is normal.
