The main components of LY plate frame pressure oil filter
The oil filter mainly consists of a filter bed, an oil pump, and a coarse filter. Among them, the filter bed is the core component, consisting of a set of sequentially arranged filter plates and filter frames. The filter plates and filter frames are lined with filter paper (or filter cloth) as the filtering medium. The filter plates and filter frames are fixed by a manual screw clamping device to form a separate filtering chamber. The oil pump is responsible for injecting dirty oil into the filter bed for filtration, while the coarse filter is installed at the suction end of the oil pump to prevent large particles and impurities from entering the oil pump.
Working principle of LY plate frame pressure oil filter
During operation, dirty oil is distributed into each filter frame through the input channel, and then enters the through holes of the filter plate through filter paper (or filter cloth). Under pressure, impurities in the oil are trapped by filter paper (or filter cloth), while clean oil is collected in the output channel and discharged outside the machine. At the same time, a small amount of water in the oil will also be absorbed by the capillaries in the filter paper (or filter cloth). As the filtration progresses, the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper (or filter cloth) gradually thickens, and the filtration resistance increases. When the filtration resistance increases to a certain degree (usually 0.2~0.35Mpa), the filtration should be stopped and the filter paper (or filter cloth) should be replaced.

Precautions for LY Plate and Frame Pressure Oil Filter
Before use, check whether all components are intact and ensure that the power connection is correct.
During the filtration process, the indicated value of the pressure gauge should be regularly observed in order to promptly detect and handle abnormal situations.
When the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper (or filter cloth) thickens or the filtration resistance increases, the filtration should be stopped in time and the filter paper (or filter cloth) should be replaced.
When replacing filter paper (or filter cloth), ensure that the operation is correct and error free to avoid damaging the equipment or affecting the filtration effect.
