Introduction to EF Air Filter
EF air filter, also known as EF hydraulic air filter, is a new type of hydraulic accessory with multiple specifications, such as EF1-25, EF2-32, EF3-40, EF4-50, EF5-65, EF6-80, EF7-100, EF8-120, etc. Its structure consists of two parts: air filtration and refueling, which can prevent the mixing of particulate impurities during the refueling process, facilitate the purification of the oil, and simplify the structure of the fuel tank.
Characteristics of EF air filter
1. High filtration accuracy: EF air filters use copper based powder metallurgy sintered filter plates, which have the characteristics of stable filtration accuracy, high strength, strong plasticity, and easy disassembly and cleaning compared to non-metallic filters. In addition, it can withstand thermal stress and impact, and can work normally at high temperatures.
2. Diverse functions: EF air filter is not only an air filtration device, but also an oil filling port. The newly injected working fluid must be filtered before entering the oil tank to remove dirt particles from the fluid.
3. Pressure balance: When the hydraulic system is working, the EF air filter can maintain the pressure balance between the oil tank and atmospheric pressure to avoid possible cavitation of the pump.

EF air filter usage scenarios
