Performance of DRLF large flow rate return line filter series

1. Equipped with differential pressure transmitter and bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked to a certain extent, the differential pressure transmitter will send a switch signal to remind operators to clean or replace the filter element in a timely manner. If the machine cannot be shut down in a timely manner or no one comes, replace the filter element, and the bypass valve will automatically open to protect the system from damage.

3. Check valve design: When the filter is placed on the side and bottom of the fuel tank, the check valve can prevent oil from flowing out of the tank when replacing the filter element.

4. Liquid flow diffuser: The filter is equipped with a liquid flow diffuser, which can allow the return oil to flow smoothly into the oil tank, reduce the generation of bubbles, reduce the possibility of air re entering the system, and weaken the disturbance of deposited pollutants.

5. Visual indication and electrical signal two in one transmission device: When the filter element is gradually blocked, the operator can observe the blockage of the filter element on the visual gauge, and can also connect to the electrical signal (with a signal value of 0.35MPa).
