According to structural differences, pre filters are divided into plate, bag, folding and other types, with materials including non-woven fabric, metal mesh, synthetic fibers, etc. For example, bag type pre filters increase their dust holding capacity by increasing the folds of the filter bag, while metal mesh pre filters are suitable for industrial environments with high dust concentrations due to their corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. Characteristics of air pre filter

In the central air conditioning system, the pre filter serves as the first stage filter of the fresh air system, which can intercept large particles such as willow catkins and dust in the outdoor air, protecting the rear surface cooler and fan. For example, a large commercial complex reduced the annual maintenance frequency of air conditioning units by 40% by installing bag filters.
