Characteristics of RFA E0516033 Return Oil Filter
The filter adopts a high-efficiency filter element, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant capacity.
The filtration accuracy is usually calibrated based on absolute filtration accuracy, with higher values such as filtration ratios β 3, β 5, β 10, β 20, etc. The filtration efficiency η is usually not less than 99.5%, which meets ISO standards.
The filter is equipped with a filter element pollution blockage transmitter. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause abnormal inlet oil pressure, the transmitter will send a signal indication.
This helps to replace the filter element in a timely manner or increase the oil temperature to avoid damage to the filter and hydraulic system.
4. Bypass valve protection, safe and reliable:
When the filter element is clogged and cannot be immediately stopped for replacement, the bypass valve located at the bottom of the filter element will automatically open (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is usually 0.4 MPa) to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
5. Easy to replace filter element and refuel:
Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add fuel to the fuel tank. The filter head is equipped with an oil port, which facilitates the installation of a transmitter or the filtration needs of a small amount of oil returning to the oil tank in the treatment system.
6. Diffuser design to reduce bubbles:
The diffuser is installed at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which can smoothly flow the medium of the return oil into the oil tank without easily generating bubbles.
This helps to reduce the re-entry of air into the fuel tank and weaken the agitation of already deposited pollutants.
