Installation method of pollution transmitter

2024-11-22

Pollution sensors, especially differential pressure sensors, are important components in hydraulic systems, mainly used to monitor the blockage of oil filter elements. The following is a simple installation method introduction for the pollution transmitter (differential pressure transmitter):

1. Choose installation location: The pollution transmitter is usually installed on a high-pressure filter, ensuring that one end is connected to the inlet of the filter and the other end is connected to the outlet. In this way, when the filter element becomes clogged and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases, the transmitter can accurately detect this change.
2. Prepare installation tools: Prepare the corresponding installation tools according to the specific installation method (such as threaded connection, flange connection, etc.). Ensure that the interfaces between tools, sensors, and equipment are matched for a tight and reliable connection.
3. Installation: Connect the pollution transmitter to the filter, ensuring that there is no leakage at the connection. During the installation process, special attention should be paid to protecting the sensor to avoid scratches, impacts, and other damage to the sensor.
4. Inspection and debugging: After installation, check the connection to ensure there is no looseness or leakage. Then start the hydraulic system for debugging. Adjust the parameter settings of the sensor, such as measurement range, accuracy, alarm values, etc., to meet practical application requirements.
5. Operation and maintenance: Once installed and debugged, the pollution transmitter will monitor the blockage of the filter element in real time. When the pressure difference reaches the set alarm value, the transmitter will send an electrical signal to remind the staff to replace or clean the filter element in a timely manner. In addition, sensors should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure their normal operation.

Overall, the installation method of the pollution transmitter is relatively simple, but attention to details is needed to ensure that it can accurately and reliably monitor the blockage of the filter element, providing a guarantee for the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
